The Wine Spot is owned by Seth and Lisa Hollar. We thought owning a wine
bar would be fun, especially in Aspen. We hire a bunch of really cool people
who know a little something about the trade.

Rose Manzo is our Sommelier : Rose is sitting for her Master Sommelier
Certificate, fingers crossed , Rose will be Aspen's next Master.

Damon Clifford is " The Bar Dude" . Come in and try one of his many
specialty drinks...and he knows his wines too!

Kyle Barker is our Chef, formerly of Matsuhisa and Phat Thia. Kyle has
developed a "Small Plates" menu that pairs well with all of our wines .
